A BA works through the initial stage of your product. He helps you put in the right building blocks for the project. He understands your idea and the problem that you plan to solve.Then he works diligently with you every hour to give the solution a shape, in the form of a wireframe. Also the BA helps you in finalizing the flow of the project and overall nitty gritties. When the wireframes are finalised and the idea is converted into a realistic project, the business analyst work will be done and project is handed over to the technical team.
Traits: 3-4 years experience, bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Professional Portfolio.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The designer creates the visual concepts of the initial idea on top of the wireframes. What colors the end user will see? What sort of experience the app will provide? The animations and those small magic drops here and there are the work of the designer. The designer will develop the overall layout and production design to show you the user interface. He is also responsible for writing the design documentation/GUI specification.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Manager is your go to man, once the development starts. He/She comes into action after the initial brainstorming and flow of the idea of the product has been finalized. He manages the project team, project scope and any issues while building the product. He will also scope the project to set up milestones to assign to team for steady flow of work by defining the roles and responsibilities for the team.
PM is the most reliable and knowledgeable point of contact(POC) between the team and the you. He coordinates all resources and the tasks to get the work done in proper sequence with minimum time wasted.
PM will set up communication guidelines, meeting times, updates with the progress of the product and get approval for the current sprint plan from you. PM maintains a steady communication with the team as well, to make the work go smoothly, maintaining the time, scope and cost of the product.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Developer are the backbone of a product development team. Your product spends the longest time with a developer than with any other person mentioned. Good developers are difficult to find and we have been lucky enough to create a team of bringing top developers together. Devs identify the technical and functional scope of the product and are responsible in building it. They maintain the speed of the project by completing the sprints in timely manner.
Any issues regarding the functionality of the product is reported back to the Project Manager who communicates to you.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The tester tests the product (developed by the developers) as a user with a wider perspective to understand the functionality of each module. Hence, testers have to work side by side with the developers ensuring every module is functioning according to the requirement.
While testing the tester thinks like a user, which helps him to understand the user perspective and pin out the bugs and fixes. He will then document the errors and recommend improvements.
In short, unless the tester waives the green flag, the final product is not ready to launch.
