We use the communication tools as per the convenience of the clients. Though we consider the best way to communicate is by physical meeting which helps in clearing all the roadblocks and confusions. But, at instance when either of the parties cannot meet we use Skype or Google Hangout for face to face calling. Our phone is always on so feel free to ring us up.
Base Camp: We use BaseCamp as a project management and tracking tool. Access to the same is provided to the client coordinator as well. The project management tools help in getting a clear view of the project milestones as well as the progress. All the tasks are defined on project management tool and then their status are updated on a daily basis.
