Team Structure

A team structure is a vital part of the project. Different people with varied skill sets will be working alongside you at different stages of the project. Expertise and precision are the advantages that one enjoys while working with a well organized and structured team.

The team will always comprise of a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Designer, Developer and Tester.

In summary, this is how it all works

  • Project Manager will be the POC (point of contact) for your project. Any requirements regarding the road map of the product, monetary or technical issues, releases, is taken care by the project manager.

  • Business Analyst does the requirement analysis of the project and the wireframes for the product. Once the wireframes are finalised, the Designer gives the wireframes colour to show the user interface of the product and shares it with the developer.

  • Developers start with the coding of the application, simultaneously the Tester does Quality Analysis.

They say “Well begun is Half done” and we believe in the same as well. Every product starts with discussion with a business analyst and a designer. These guys will brainstorm with you during the requirements analysis phase and turn your initial idea into a functional wireframe.

Once the flow and features are finalized, the Project Manager along with the developers and testers turn the wireframe into a product.
